Today I woke up and my clock said "12:00". I was totally confused.
Either I had slept until twelve at night or I had slept in WAY late until twelve in the morning! But then my mom told me it was really 6:50 and that there was a two-hour delay for school. Oh, and the reason my clock read that way? There was a power outage while I slept. Lucky it didn't get cold! Then later we found out there was no school.
There is serious ice everywhere; our driveway has an inch of ice, and everything outside has a coating of thick ice. And it just appeared almost overnight.
It was awesome when i went outside, all of my trees had ice covering the branches and there were icicles everywhere. Just pure awesome and beautiful.
This leaf was frozen in a thick layer of ice.

I remember this ice storm and how I wished I had my camera on hand! It went all the way down to Purdue too! I am amazed by your talent, and still in high school!
